The Office of Information Technology & Services plays a leading role in information computerization at the university by introducing smart campus and cloud computing within a high-speed, high-quality IT infrastructure. In particular, it invested in the transition over into a cloud environment by building a virtual server and client environment, thereby increasing the efficiency of the IT infrastructure through systematic conjunction with the Pusan National University Integrated Data Center (PNU-IDC) which comprehensively manages integrated information resources within the campus.

It operates the student portal system where students are able to access information by smart phone app anytime and anywhere; the business portal system (u-PIP) which supports greater efficiency in tasks surrounding the university’s education, research, and administrative work; and the online certificate issuing system which people can use to issue various certificates online. In addition to these systems, it services the integrated websites for institutions and professors, web mail systems, and internet disk services. It also operates the regional centers for information privacy protection education to strengthen the ability to protect information.
