우리 대학에 입학 예정이거나 재학 중인 외국인 유학생들은 해외결제플랫폼(알리페이, BIDV, 위챗페이, 페이팔)을 통해 등록금 납부가 가능합니다.

□ 도입 시기: 2026학년도 2학기 등록금 납부 부터

□ 이용 대상: 외국인 유학생(신입생 및 재학생, 방문학생)

□ 이용 방법

 1. 처리절차: 고지서 금액 및 가상계좌(하나, 신한) 확인 → 결제서비스플랫폼 결제 → 등록처리

 2. 은행별 이용가능 플랫폼
   - 하나은행: 알리페이(Alipay), BIDV, 페이팔(PayPal)
    * 등록처리일: 알리페이, BIDV(결제일+1영업일), 페이팔(결제일+3영업일)

   ※ 하단 QR코드 이용 및 해당 결제플랫폼 내 이용

•  휴대폰(스마트폰) 카메라로 스캔       → 하나금융 GLN EduPay 연결       (https://edupay.glninternational.com/)

   - 신한은행: 헤이영 외국인 등록금 납부(위챗페이(WeChatpay), 페이팔(PayPal))
   * 등록처리일: 결제일+1일
  ※ 신한은행 인터넷뱅킹 사이트 접속(https://www.shinhan.com/hpe/index.jsp#041007010000)

※ 유의사항
- 결제서비스플랫폼 이용 시 등록처리에 1~3일 이상 소요될 수 있으므로 수납기간을 고려하여 납부
- 신한은행 제휴 플랫폼은 재학생 본등록기간에만 사용 가능
- 하나은행 제휴 플랫폼별 세부 납부방법은 첨부파일 참조

[Notice on the Introduction of Tuition Payment Methods via Overseas Payment Platforms (Alipay, PayPal, etc.) for International Students]

International students who are scheduled to enroll or are currently enrolled at our university can pay tuition fees through overseas payment platforms (Alipay, BIDV, WeChat Pay, PayPal).

□ Time: Starting with tuition payment for the 2nd semester of the 2026 academic year

□ Target: International students (new students, current students, and visiting students)

□ How to Use

1. Procedure: Verify invoice amount and virtual account(Hanabank, Shinhanhank) → Payment via payment service platform → Registration processing

2. Available Platforms by Bank
 - Hana Bank: Alipay, BIDV, PayPal
* Registration Processing Date: Alipay, BIDV (Payment date + 1 business day), PayPal (Payment date + 3 business days)

※ Use the QR code at the bottom or access the service within the respective payment platform

- Shinhan Bank: Payment of Heyoung International Tuition (WeChat Pay, PayPal)
* Registration Processing Date: Payment Date + 1 day
※ Access Shinhan Bank Internet Banking Site(https://www.shinhan.com/hpe/index.jsp#041007010000)

     

※ Important Notes
- Registration processing may take 1 to 3 days or more when using payment service platforms, so please consider the payment period when making a payment.
- Shinhan Bank affiliated platforms are available only during the main registration period for currently enrolled students.
- Please refer to the attached file for detailed payment methods for each Hana Bank affiliated platform.
