PNU-IGB International Research Institute
The PNU-IGB International Research Institute was established to conduct joint industrial research and development in partnership with Fraunhofer IGB in Germany. The Institute aims to restructure local industry by attracting businesses of IGB established through spin-off and new venture businesses based on the programs for exchange and joint development of experts with Fraunhofer IGB. The Institute also aims to foster the Southeastern area of Korea into an R&D hub of nanobiotechnology and medicine for Northeast Asia, by taking a leading role in the development of the high value-added nanobiotechnology industry.
